Premium Margaret River appellation wines, at truly outstanding value. We pick only the world famous, intense flavoured fruit from selected Margaret River vineyards, Western Australia. Then, drawing on the exceptional winemaking skills and resources of one of Margaret River's finest, state-of-the-art wineries, we carefully vintner a superb range of Premium red and white wines.

Nothing is overlooked, no corners cut and only the very best practices in modern winemaking (many of them pioneered in Margaret River) are craftsmanly combined with time honoured, winemaking traditions.

The winery employs the latest wine-making technology and has a fully equipped laboratory.

Each stage of production, is computer monitored and sensory evaluated, to ensure the winemaking aims, are achieved, using the latest techniques and plant is constantly updating and reflecting the innovative nature, of the Western Australian Wine Industry. This includes stringent temperature controls, throughout production, anaerobic handling of white wines, barrel fermentation and maturation, of the wine, in temperature controlled barrel storage, the use of micro-oxygenation on red wines and-cross flow filtering technology.

Harvesting is carried out in the cool of the night by modern machinery, except where whole bunch pressing, will enhance wine styles. It is quick and delivery to the winery twenty minutes away, maintains the high quality, of grape juice, so important in the winemaking process.
