We are the manufacturers, of the well known, International, Biscotto Brand of Wafer Sticks.
In tests the Biscotto product has not been beaten in taste by any similar product that has been tried in International exhibitions. Our wafer sticks are definitely the most delicious, creamy and unrivalled for premium taste and texture, with guaranteed consistency, delivering complete consumer satisfaction.
Wafers are produced in a new (Commissioned October 2008) modern hi-tech factory, built to BRC and ISO specifications certified for Q.A. to British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards (The Highest Food Accreditation Standard). Monitored by SAI Global, Australia.
Biscotto products are Halal approved and come in various packaging formats such as tin or cardboard.
There are many flavours available including Chocolate, Choc Mint, Cappuccino, Choc Orange, Vanilla and Fruit Cocktail (which is a combination of 4 Flavours).
Our Biscotto Wafer Sticks are also suitable for vegetarians and as each stick, is low in calories and can be included in most diets.
Our products are more healthy than traditional biscuits. The wafers are free from genetically modified ingredients: low in salt, zero cholesterol, zero trans fats, zero hydrogenated fats & oils.
All our products have a 24 month shelf life.
